Sedikela Logistics Group (PTY) Ltd is a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor and 100% black empowered company, founded by Kanki Sedikela as a Logistics Company, forming the Logistics subsidiary of Sedikela Enterprises (PTY) Ltd (The Holding and Managing Company) and SDK Group (PTY) Ltd. Which has made Sedikela Group (PTY) Ltd a South African black owned Company with both state departments and corporates partnerships outlay as the company is trying to stand on its own and have its own structure and functional Logistics system. Sedikela Logistics Group (PTY) Ltd offers multiple services within the supply chain function.
Sedikela LOGISTICS GROUP (PTY) LTD (“SLG Logistics Bulk Carries”) is a duly registered private limited company in terms of section 14 of the companies Act of 2008 based in Gauteng, Pretoria. The entity was founded in 2021 with 100% black owned and sole BBBEE 100% its main business is the transportation of various products from point A to point B. Transportation and Logistics is a kind of business that serves as a unit, yet there are many complexities to consider depending on what needs to e stored and delivered from near every industry, products SLG will focus on includes Mining, Steel, Maize, Wheat, Citrus, Timber, Fertiliser, Fuel, Cement, Coal, Chrome and other bulk commodities. The scope of logistics is broad and is not limited to the boundaries of SOUTH AFRICA.
The envisaged products will be sourced through reputable and reliable suppliers in South Africa including Mining Companies. SLG Logistics Bulk Carries has the necessary skills, know how and network within the industry but when combined with state of the art technology, ground breaking concepts come to play.
The scope of logistics can be within a country based or can be involved in international exports (Cross-Boarder) depending on the clients specific needs. Logistics have become an integral part of every business venture and we intend to make the process a simple one. Due to the depth and complexity of such a truly volatile industry, it requires a comprehensive understanding of this niche product offering. SLG Logistics Bulk Carries came into existence to offer logistical solutions, an ongoing aim to further improve and evolve with the times, as we will chalk out feasible ideas and plan for starting more of our own transportation and logistic .
